Jimmy Carter, no, no scandals you can speak of. Ronald Reagan had Iran-Contra. That was a big one, but it was not at this level of depravity and sickness of Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein.
George H.W. Bush, nothing much there. Bill Clinton had the Lewinsky scandal. We know about that. But the Lewinsky scandal is nowhere near on the same level as protecting one of the world’s most infamous pedophiles and potentially being involved in some of those crimes.
