Pro-life is another name for pro-domination of women and their bodies. It is code for government control of the decisions women are allowed to make about pregnancy, sex, sexual freedom and even appearance. It is the outcome of men being terrified that women will surpass them in every way possible. The evidence is there that men are not the ultimate expression of human authority, creativity and consciousness.

COVERTURE. Woman is property. The woman is “covered” by the man. This was originally imported from

Europe, clearly incorporated to the constitution. Which not even once mentions the words woman or women. WHY? BECAUSE WOMEN WERE PROPERTY.

Texas is deadly for pregnant women. Lone Star maternal mortality triples that of the Golden State.

This is why the only way I will leave California is to move to Oregon (which I am doing next year).

I lived in the era before Roe v. Wade. It was a time when women who weren't married were fearful they could get pregnant, and then what? Marry someone you aren't sure about, or have a baby out of wedlock, and become an outcast, or give your baby up. All bad options, and of course the worst was an illegal abortion which was really out of the question, if you valued your life. And many women have medical reasons that make having a child dangerous, and for many the fetus is not viable, or would suffer terrible disabilities. A women should be able to make up her own mind whether to get pregnant, whether to terminate a pregnancy. It should be her decision of what to do, and no one else's. I am sad that many women we have gone back to those horrible days!

Good connection between pro-life and immigration policies - neither are about life, pro or otherwise. Add capital punishment, foreign policy, and more to this growing cluster of clean, legislatively engineered, legally enforced, systematizations of punishment and death. Texas is the color poster for it.

It’s not a question of pro-abortion vs. pro-life. It’s about Pro-choice vs. pro-life.

Republicans and SCOTUS are determined to take away our freedoms. Trump has already taken freedoms away from Congress by threatening their futures. Congress must wake up and stand up to this authoritarian regime.

Being anti abortion is not pro life but female suppression. It is noticeable that the minute a baby emerges and squalls you are generally on your own in red states. States that approve abortion generally care more about their citizens.

I feel for the right, it's pro-fetus, and their interest on life ends there.
