Unless he can unbreak what he broke, I suspect most Americans won’t reverse course on the Tesla boycott.

It seems he has all the illegal information to ruin us

More likely he is using it to train AI to take over some people work that he can then sell to the government

Which government? He's already talking to Putin and China.

You ask a good question. All three for different reasons?

Trump and Musk are both grifters when it comes to what doge did to the systems in our government it was never about cutting fraud and waste it was stealing information about citizens

One thing Musk showed us was that apparently no members of Congress, GOP or Dem, are willing to use the authority they do have to subpoena anyone for hearings into the illegal and unconstitutional actions going on since day 1 of Trump. Shame on many if not all of them! And I hope the special elections occurring in some states might lead to a Dem majority in the House, so that we don’t have to wait until 2026 for better governance.

Not forgiving or forgetting. Never buying Tesla. He can spend the rest of his life feeling the anger. He earned it.

He never got to really destroy anything in Europe, but his heiling is what destroyed the brand here. No-one wants a swazticar. Especially since the EVs from BYD are better and cheaper. And there are many other EVs on the market, if you don't want to buy Chinese.

Sounds great him and his little boy’s leaving. But with all the damage they’ve done all the people who have lost their livelihoods. They should be hung out to dry.

Put their heads in a bee hive or ant hill.

Millions of fire ant hills in every mansion he owns. If you've ever been bitten by one, you know what I mean. I want him to suffer what he's inflicted on thousands of others. Then destroy every source of income he has.

I strongly agree that every single lawmaker defending his access to our privacy should be fired. And musk should not be allowed to just step away. He should be taken away in chains.

“Congressional oversight”… what a fucking joke. Between the Nazis and the Vichy Democrats, we are fucked.

Kay-El's avatar

Right? IF oversight ever happens it won’t start until at least 2027, IF assuming a majority of the RWNJs get shitcanned in 2026. Even then it’ll take a long time to unravel the mess.

,There is no way I can list just one thing.

I'm seriously worried about all the AI systems that have been unleashed. What are those programs doing? Who has oversight of them? Will they grow smarter than their creators?

DOGE just took over the Interior Department, which includes the National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs and more. See https://www.sfgate.com/national-parks/article/doge-running-national-parks-20287023.php. How will those imbeciles destroy everything there?

The harm committed by the slashing of the agencies and loss of employment and government stability is astronomical.

Don't the Republicans in Congress realize that their own data has been compromised and the data of their families?

How do we recover from this? And we have three and a more years?

Long-term irreparable harm to our country and citizens.

And the Muskrat walks away with billions of taxpayers' dollars.

I'll stop now. But you and I know there's much, much more. 😥

His stockbrokers and the massive amount of money he’s lost in the stock market has caused him to step back. However we don’t know what secrets he and his minions have, whether he has left back doors in the computer software that runs the departments he attacked. All of this is or should be very worrisome to all Americans. I hope the Democrats investigate Musk and DOGE.

He doesn’t have to continue IN this capacity, because he can now easily access all information, through his own systems, and continue to do with it whatever he likes. And are his minions leaving, too, or will they stay and report to him as needed?

How could anyone still support Trump after he allowed Musk into our personal data? He had to do this to enrich himself and Trump must have allowed it to benefit himself. This is very scary for all Americans!

How do you step back from something you were never in? He never created "efficency" except for contracts for himself. He did NOTHING for the American Citizen except make our lives harder when dealing with the government originally designed to work for and help us.
