Disclose fully. There is no reverence for the office after what its occupant has done in CA.

He really can't. Traditionally, conversations with presidents are confidential to maintain the ability to have open and candid discussions. If presidential conversations start getting disclosed that would be bad.---Jason

Although I respect his decision not to disclose, yes, he should. Trump has put CA through a living hell, and if 47’s mental capacities are suspect, the PEOPLE ARE ENTITLED TO KNOW.

Trump is clearly deranged. His motivation is to carry out great harm against the poorest, least powerful, minorities in particular, anyone or any group deemed vulnerable to Trump’s insanity and desire for absolute power,

Trump possess not one iota of generosity, empathy, nor most definitely any semblance of humanity.

Trump is the personification of true evil.

Trump feeds off the pains and losses and miseries of any one person or any gathering of souls he seeks to crush.

Trump personifies pure evil and destruction.

He must be confronted by good people.

Trump is ravaging any and all promises our nation and the experiment of equality of all souls under the law, while imperfect, ours has been an enduring way of life in America.

Trump is the dappleganger

Traditions have been burned by this ignoramus and the despicable factions exploiting his cult status. If we don’t take advantage of EVERY opportunity to illuminate the existential threat he poses, we won’t have norms, traditions, integrity, the rule of law or a (pseudo) democracy left.

One could argue the administration is already in tatters in terms of public credibility for professionalism. The leaky use of Signal for national security matters were disgraceful enough, so there is ‘bad’, and then there is woeful.

Understood and understandable. The way it jeopardizes the citizenry because of the obvious instability and viciousness of trump is incredibly frightening and dangerous for all. Who can stop him? What can stop him?

If he won’t disclose because he wants to but the president has asserted executive privilege that is a completely different statement that he did not make. Unfortunately, his statement came off as boilerplate gaslighting, disguised as an effort to protect the American people from what might somehow hurt the poor vulnerable reputation of the American Presidency. Really? Cry me a river. Give us all a break. Is the west coast technocracy holding his leash?

If George Washington somehow inadvertently and illegally lent King George III 4,000 colonial militia by mistake and got up in front of a crowd to explain that the courts might be able to help him get them back, would we even remember Benedict Arnold’s name today? Would we even be here?

I agree. There is a time for confidentiality and a time to share esp if the lives of people depend on it. As a retired mental health provider I knew as all workers do that if a life is in danger confidentiality is not kept. I support you and thank you.

But look what we will get once he is declared unfit and the republicans grow some stones to oust him. We will have a more cunning wolf in the hen house. He will do bad things but not brag about it. At least the current POS is “hoisted by his own petard” The next won’t be so transparent.

I think that, if the governor truly has concerns and has evidence of Trump’s decline, he should release that information on behalf of the safety of American citizens. The time has passed to tiptoe around this man. Nobody is safe with him in the White House.

Rump has never been fit to serve. From the outset he intended to be were we are. He has dreams of grandeur. He wants to be America's first dictator. He wants to be remembered in history books, if they don't ban it. He will be remembered but not the way he wants it. Few ever escape the cold hard light of history. His biggest crime is all the innocent people he has harmed all for his ego. Has he gone too far? Has he delivered the US into the hands of those who would destroy us? Only time will tell, but again my heart is sad for all the victims of his ego.

With all due respect, as the White House is actively defying the Presidential Records Act-

(AI overview:The White House is obligated by the Presidential Records Act (PRA) to preserve all presidential records, including those created or received during the president's term. The PRA also mandates that these records be transferred to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) at the end of the administration. The PRA prohibits presidents from taking these records with them or keeping them privately. NARA then manages and makes them accessible to the public.

Gov, Newsom has a responsibility to the American people to release a transcript of the conversation. All public servants should be documenting and releasing these conversations. I would like to file a Freedom of Information Act request.

Newsome’s reluctance to discuss the details of what Trump discussed with him, is exactly why people say that Democrats never fight unfairly and why Trump and Republicans feel so free to destroy our democracy and take our freedoms.

Democrats like Newsome have to understand that you don’t stop an animal as big as you, with a slingshot and water balloons.

We are sick of depending on moral tradition when fighting Trump, who is abscent of any morals at all.
