I think waiting for the next election will be way too late! its time we investigated how we can remove our representatives NOW if they are not doing what we demand ( its gone beyond a request they have ignored our requests!!)

There is no other choice. You can't remove members of Congress. Only the House and Senate can remove their members. There is no remedy, but elections for getting members of Congress removed by the people.----Jason

If there big awful bill if the senate passes says DJT can legally cancel elections. We might not have midterms.

This woman is just as sick as the Felon! The judges are doing their jobs and following the LAW, which is 1000 times more than the Felon or Congress is doing! I hope her constituents vote her out!

It's my opinion that every Republican politician in both statewide or national positions in America is an ignorant and corrupt sycophant looking for an easy paycheck from Americans' tax dollars. Been that way since it became obvious to any lazy, dumb and ambitious 'white-collar' type with a smooth talk and the right networking that if you simply repeated trump's rhetoric to the ignorant registered Republican voters in their state, they'd win the primary over anyone who didn't. And the best part is, you didn't have to know anything about current events or the Constitution or economics or governing whatsoever - just brainlessly parrot and praise trump!

I want both, House snd Senate and in '28 to add a real President with a plan to repair a faulty Supreme court and Congress and Senate. Age limits for ALL who serve our Country, term limits on both Houses, and all Judges all who should be chosen by a bipartisan and indepent composed committee. There is a lot that needs reform as America starts to mend what was deliberately broken. EVERY 2025er needs to be rooted out and prosecuted where possible.

What a F...ing Mess!

A Democratic Supermajority in 2029 with Jasmine Crockett as Speaker of the House, Al Green as Congressional Majority Whip, James Talarico as Senate Majority Leader and Beto O’Rourke as President of the United States.

THAT’s what I wanna see by January 2029, the FIRST Democratic Supermajority since 2009 that THIS time they actually keep.

REMEMBER PEOPLE… In order to return to something CLOSE TO NORMAL WE MUST PUT DEMOCRATS IN CHARGE FOR AT LEAST A COUPLE OF ELECTION CYCLES!!! Even if you DON’T AGREE WITH 99% of their policy positions/decisions!! Yes, Democrats DEFINITELY HAVE WARTS… BUT ARE THEY TRYING TO TAKE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY, MEDICARE AND MEDICAID ?!?!?!? ARE THE DEMOCRATS DEPORTING PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY LOOK LIKE A GANG MEMBER?!?!? ARE THEY DENYING YOUR LOVED ONES AND FRIENDS DUE PROCESS OF LAW!?!?!? ARE THEY TRYING TO TAKE YOUR RIGHTS AND FREEDOM AWAY?!?!?!? IF YOU ANSWERED NO TO ALL OF ABOVE QUESTIONS, YOUR ASSIGNMENT SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT IS TO VOTE ALL TRUMP LOVING REPUBLICANS OUT OF OFFICE IN ANY SPECIAL ELECTIONS THIS YEAR AND THEN AGAIN IN THE ‘26 MIDTERMS AND REPEAT IT AGAIN IN ‘28 AGAINST TRUMP TOADIES!!! IT’S THE ONLY WAY!!! LETS NOT MAKE A THIRD DANGEROUS MISTAKE!!!

See what happened last time? The vast majority of Republicans are not listening to their constituents. The Republicans heads are so far up Trump’s backside they need a road map to find their way out!!The only way to possibly get them to listen, is to vote them out of power for at least a couple of election cycles!!

She is not doing her job by giving all the law breaking a pass. She should be rallying the other politicians to do the right thing and uphold the Constitution.

Unfortunately even if Trump was impeached it just means that we get Vance. He’s the dictator in waiting and the choice of Peter Thiel and Project 2025. Plus the whole Trump administration would have to be thrown out because it’s loaded with P2025 sycophants and Christian nationalists now.

It’s been years of planning, although it doesn’t seem that way because so many are inept. Maybe there’s a plan behind that too! Wish it was simpler.

I would love to hear a constitutional scholar review some of this woman’s claims about the roles of Congress and the Judiciary Branch and the relationship between the two. I question whether Congress has any right to review the work of judges. Yes, they can change the law in response to a ruling they don’t like, but judges will always have the right to review the laws and how they are enforced, and determine what’s constitutional or not. And judges can be impeached if they commit crimes, but Congress can’t remove them because they disagree with their judgments.

At least that’s the way I read the Constitution (and lately I keep my copy handy).

Ask your representatives how much they will gain in a tax refund under the OBBBA? Then give them an estimate of the amount the audience will receive collectively. I expect that their rebate will exceed the collective figure.

I don’t have the time right now to listen to the whole town hall, so I don’t know if there was any further back and forth after the Congresswoman said this,

“…I don't think this country needs another impeachment charade. That's what we saw in the last Congress…”.

If I were the person that brought it up, I would have followed up questioning exactly what is it she was saying. Like, do you mean the very last Congress, where it was you Republicans trying desperately to find anything that you could use to impeach President Biden on? And that, only because Trump was angry that he had been impeached twice? Or do you mean during Trump’s 1st term, where he blatantly broke the law by refusing to disburse funds that, You - Congress, had allocated for Ukraine because he tried to get Zelenskyy to dig up (apparently nonexistent) dirt on his political opponent (also against the law). Or the following impeachment where Trump tried to illegally overturn an election which by the way You’ve never held him accountable for?
