Why Isn't Jared Kushner Under DOJ Investigation?

After years of DOJ + US House investigations into Hunter Biden, people wonder why Jared Kushner isn't being investigated when 99% of his firm's funding has come from foreign sources.

Jared Kushner Is Still Taking That Foreign Cash

If you, like me, are wondering why the legacy media doesn’t devote at least equivalent space and resources to reporting on Donald Trump’s rapidly declining cognitive abilities as well as mental collapse as they did to reporting on President Biden's supposed cognitive decline, you’re probably also wondering why Jared Kushner isn’t getting at least the equivalent scrutiny of Hunter Biden.

99% of Jared Kushner’s investment firm, Affinity, investor funds have come from foreign sources.

Jared Kushner’s investment firm, Affinity Partners, has invested nearly $1.2 billion since it was formed in 2021. Nearly all of that money has come from foreign sources, raising major ethical red flags.

According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, 99 percent of Affinity’s investor funds have come from foreign sources, The New York Times reported Tuesday.

The Times reported:

The private equity firm run by Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of former President Donald J. Trump, has been paid at least $112 million in fees since 2021 by Saudi Arabia and other foreign investors, even though as of July it had not yet returned any profits to the governments largely bankrolling the firm.

Those are among the findings of a Senate Finance Committee inquiry into the operations of Affinity Partners, the Miami-based firm Mr. Kushner set up.

Senate Banking Committee Chair Ron Wyden (D-OR) said that the new information suggests that Kushner’s firm exists to be serve as a vehicle for foreign governments to put money into the Trump family.

With Trump running for president, Kushner’s activities represent a massive conflict of interest. It doesn’t matter if Kushner is planning on returning to the White House if Trump wins, what Trump’s son-in-law is doing raising national security concerns.
