A group of voters in Oregon have filed a lawsuit that challenges the candidacy of Donald Trump to appear on the ballot.

Voters Are Not Letting Trump Forget The Insurrection
The Oregon lawsuit makes the case that Trump has violated Section 3 of the 14th Amendment and requests that, “This Court should (1) exercise its original mandamus jurisdiction under Article VII, section 2, of the Oregon Constitution and ORS 34.120, and (2) issue a peremptory writ of mandamus requiring the Secretary of State to exclude Donald J. Trump from both the Oregon 2024 presidential primary election ballot and the Oregon 2024 general election ballot. Alternatively, if this Court does not immediately issue a peremptory writ, this Court should issue an alternative writ of mandamus directing the Secretary of State to show cause why she should not be required to exclude Donald J. Trump from appearing on those ballots.”
