Update: Here is an update on our morning newsletter. Rep. Lauren Boebert has taken an over 1,200 vote lead in the race for CO-3. The election is still considered to be too close to call with more ballots coming in, but in this chaotic midterm, it is possible that Boebert pulls it out.

American Voters Have Gotten Smarter, And Republicans Are Doomed

Kevin McCarthy spearheaded a very traditional midterm message for the Republican Party. McCarthy and House Republicans ran on inflation and gas prices. They also threw immigration and crime in there, but McCarthy and other House Republicans all asked voters are you better off than you were two years ago?
