Time has never been on the side of the term-limited 80-year-old president, but with Trump facing a Republican wipeout in the midterms and just a little more than two months left until Election Day, the losses are starting to pile up as the days tick down.

The AP reported that the Missouri Supreme Court blocked Trump’s gerrymandered districts:

The Missouri Supreme Court has unanimously blocked new congressional districts backed by President Donald Trump from being used in the November election and ordered a statewide vote on whether to uphold or reject the new map.

The decision Thursday marks a rare setback for Republicans in a national redistricting battle. Republicans had hoped Missouri’s new congressional boundaries could help them win an additional seat and hold onto their slim House majority in the midterms.

Meanwhile, the federal judge hearing the request for an injunction blocking Trump’s attack on mail-in voting didn’t seem to be buying what the DOJ was selling.
