Trump's Iran Deal Makes America Less Safe
Trump's started a war with Iran under the pretense of national security, but his failed war, and subsequent surrender leaves America less safe in the future.
The reason why presidents have not gone to war with Iran for nearly 50 years was not complicated. It was well known inside the US intelligence community that if the United States and Iran went to war, Iran would use economic warfare, specifically the Strait of Hormuz, to level the playing field and inflict economic damage on the United States and the world.
It has been an accepted fact that nothing outside of boots on the ground in Iran would result in regime change, and previous American presidents were intelligent enough to know not to go there.

Once the US engaged with Iran at the military level, there would be only one bite of the apple. The war had to be fought and won, or it would be lost, and to secure the support of the American people for such a war, it would have to be a just cause.
For a reason that no one understands, Donald Trump decided to launch a war against Iran. The result has been a predictable disaster that, no matter what is in Trump’s deal, has left the American people less safe than before Trump started dropping bombs.
Sarah Jones said on Deadline DC with Brad Bannon:
Let's not forget, not that you were forgetting, but I'm talking about for really for- The memory bank of America because Donald Trump com- he has all of this chaos, constant chaos and drama, so things get forgotten, like the fact of that girls' school where we killed all of those young girls, right?
He's out here saying, "Oh, my deal's so great. It's for the safety. We had to do this for the safety." The... No, that is a lie. None of this had to happen. The premise upon which he based this war is a lie.
