Trump Vs Musk Unmasks The Real Republican Party
Ultimately, the Trump vs Musk cage fight reveals once again the true purpose of the modern-day Republican Party, which is self-interest, power, and greed for their special-interest donors.

The Musk v Trump fight is in the retreat-from-public-view stage of a Trump show with the president declaring Musk has “lost his mind” and he’s not interested in speaking to the DOGE leader who did his dirty work. In other words, it’s not particularly a safe time for Elon Musk politically, so it’s great that Russia has offered (yet another?) Trump entourage member asylum.
"You mean the man who has lost his mind?" Trump responded to Jonathan Karl at ABC News in a phone interview shortly before 7 AM Friday morning (notice how Trump is continuing the phone interview protocol he started in his first term and the media isn’t questioning why he can’t/won’t do video calls) when asked about the scheduled phone call with the man who claims he won the 2024 election for Trump and House Republicans.
Trump dismissed the public drama and Musk himself, saying he was "not particularly" interested in talking to him right now, though Trump made sure to pull a Regina George by saying Musk wants to talk to him, but he is not ready to talk to Musk.
This report says “people close to Trump” say he is more sad than angry at Musk, which frankly should be concerning for Musk.
Trump, who we haven’t seen drive anything but a golf cart, told ABC News he was considering selling the red Tesla he purchased in a big show meant to bolster an embattled Tesla as Elon carried out Trump’s orders to slash and burn the United States government into oblivion.
Russia Extends Hand of Friendship to Musk
Russian official Dmitry Novikov (first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs) told Russian state news outlet TASS that Musk is welcome to find asylum in Russia.
"I think that Musk has a completely different game, [so] he will not need any political asylum, although if he did, Russia, of course, could provide it.”
Russia is a hostile foreign power to the United States that has invested a lot of energy in getting Donald Trump into the White House in 2016 and likely again in 2024. Russia’s goal is the show that western democracy doesn’t work, and the best way Putin can imagine making that case is with Donald Trump at the helm.
I can’t say Putin is wrong about that.
Elon is Probably Not Safe
What would drive even the allegedly richest man in the world to publicly declare that Donald Trump is in the Epstein Files and would not have won the election without his help?
Probably a whole lot of Ketamine.
While Musk has claimed that his body can handle a whole lot of the drug, an Atlantic article found that frequent use of ketamine can cause delusional thinking, a sense of importance, and more:
“Frequent, heavy recreational use—say, several times a week—has been linked to cognitive effects that last beyond the high, including impaired memory, delusional thinking, superstitious beliefs, and a sense of specialness and importance. You can see why people might wonder about ketamine use from a man who is trying to usher in multi-planetary human life, who has barged into global politics and is attempting to reengineer the U.S. government.”
Elon Musk knows what he did to help Trump get elected, and some of it is likely to be skirting the illegal, as his “lottery” was in Pennsylvania, which was ultimately allowed even though it appeared to violate numerous laws.
