Trump Throws A Temper Tantrum After CNN Won't Be Sold To One Of His Buddies

Trump is very angry and throwing a fit because CNN isn't going to be sold to Paramount and converted into MAGA propaganda.

Donald Trump has been trying to turn CNN into a MAGA operation since his first administration.

The fact that Trump has his eyes on CNN demonstrates both his outdated approach to media and his constant desire to control every major media company and turn it into a propaganda outlet.

After Trump’s allies, the Ellison brothers, took over CBS through an acquisition of Paramount, the president had been pushing for the Ellisons to get their hands on CNN.

However, Warner Bros. Discovery agreed to terms with Netflix for a partial deal that did not include CNN and the other cable networks.

Media concentration in the hands of a few corporate owners is terrible for democracy. The mainstream media is already so corrupted by billionaire and corporate concentration of outlets that the American people have never been as poorly informed by modern mass media as they are currently.

On Saturday morning, Donald Trump posted on his social media platform what started off as an attack on CNN’s Kaitlin Collins:

Caitlin Collin’s of Fake News CNN, always Stupid and Nasty, asked me why the new Ballroom was costing more money than originally thought one year ago. I said because it is going to be double the size, and the quality of finishes and interiors has been brought to the highest level. Also, the column SPAN has been substantially increased for purposes of viewing.
