Trump Prosecutors Must Show Jury FBI Agent's Texts Calling Accused 'Libtard'
After a grand jury refused to indict Sidney Lori Reid three times, Jeanine Pirro is now trying for a misdemeanor, but will have to show the jury the agents text messages calling Reid a "libtard."
In a case meant to test if U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro can get convictions on charges related to Trump’s federalization of D.C., one of the people they’ve charged with a misdemeanor count of assault has just earned the right to show the jury the FBI agent’s texts calling her a "libtard” and saying her injuries are just “boo boos.”
Boos boos they are prosecuting Sidney Lori Reid over.
Reid has been charged with assaulting FBI Agent Eugenia Bates during an ICE arrest outside the D.C. Jail after she allegedly put herself between ICE agents and someone they were detaining.
Federal grand juries have already declined to indict Reid THREE times on a felony charge.
