Trump Personally Tried To Kill An Epstein Story
If Donald Trump is innocent, why did he personally try to kill a story about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein?

As details continue to emerge, at some point, common sense has to take over when looking at how Trump has handled the Epstein scandal.
With a showdown in the House coming soon, on a vote to release the Epstein files, it is important to look at how the president has behaved and handled the scandal.
Keep in mind that there is still no evidence that Trump committed a crime while weighing this latest bit of reporting from The Wall Street Journal:
Traveling back to Washington aboard Air Force One, Trump told his communications aides that such a letter didn’t exist, that he would never write such a letter, and that he would try to kill the story himself.
From the plane, he called Rupert Murdoch, chair emeritus of News Corp, the parent company of the Journal’s publisher, and told him the story wasn’t true and that he should handle it, according to a person familiar with the brief call. After the article’s publication, Trump sued Journal publisher Dow Jones, parent company News Corp and several individuals including Murdoch for defamation, calling the letter “nonexistent.” (This week the defendants moved to dismiss Trump’s lawsuit.) A spokesman for News Corp declined to comment.
Trump is still attempting to sue Murdoch, The Wall Street Journal, and others over the story, but The Wall Street Journal’s reporting was entirely accurate. The world now knows that the letter existed because it was released as part of documents obtained by the House Oversight Committee from the Epstein estate.
Asking why Donald Trump lies is akin to asking why a fish swims. That’s just what it does.
A more relevant question is why a president who claims that he is innocent and has done nothing wrong is personally getting involved to attempt to kill stories about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein?
The corporate media doesn’t ask the question, but it is the most common-sense question imaginable.
If Donald Trump is innocent, he should not only want the evidence made public. He should be demanding its release.
The president is doing the opposite.
At a time when stories of corruption by this administration come at the American people, sometimes multiple times a day, we shouldn’t forget the basics.
For some reason, Trump is trying to kill Epstein stories.
The president’s motivation for this behavior could reveal any secrets that Donald Trump wants to keep hidden.
