Trump Loses It After Reporter Calls Out His Vote By Mail Hypocrisy

A reporter challenged Trump for now telling his supporters to vote by mail, and the president responded by ranting about fake news.

Donald Trump’s question-taking sessions with reporters are heavily controlled. Trump never goes to the White House Briefing Room, stands before reporters, and allows them to fire questions at him.

Instead, the Trump White House takes their 80-year-old president and seats him behind his desk in the Oval Office, or he takes questions as he leaves the White House. The time is always limited. The White House is always in control, and the point is to limit Trump’s exposure to the press while looking like the president is open and transparent.

After spending most of his second administration attacking and attempting to ban voting by mail, Trump completely reversed himself over the weekend and posted a video telling his supporters to vote by mail.

Above the video, Trump wrote:

Republicans must WIN the 2026 Midterm Elections, and we must use every appropriate tool — Whether you vote early, absentee, by mail, or in-person, we must “swamp” the Radical Left Dumocrats with massive turnout! SO IMPORTANT — PLEASE GET OUT AND VOTE. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Remember, Trump just lost trying to limit voting by mail in the Supreme Court, and he spent this entire time trying to pass legislation that would have ended voting by mail, so reporters were understandably curious about why Trump is pushing his supporters to vote by mail.

The president did not handle the questioning well.
