Trump Is Having A Nightmare Night In Court As One Of "His" Justices Stabs Him In The Back
Donald Trump will be America's first convicted felon president, because one of his Supreme Court justices sided with the court's liberals.

Donald Trump Is Having A Bad Night
The idea that the Supreme Court refused to deliver on Trump’s Hail Mary and delay his sentencing isn’t as surprising as who was the deciding vote to not save Trump from becoming America’s first convicted felon president.
The court’s ruling notes that Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh would have granted Trump’s petition to delay his sentencing.
Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the liberals to make the vote 4-4, which means that it was Trump nominee Justice Amy Coney Barrett who sided with the Democrats and made Trump America’s first convicted felon president.
Striking out at the Supreme Court and sealing his fate of becoming a formally convicted felon would have been bad enough, but it got worse for Donald Trump.
Trump Also Had His Appeal To Block Jack Smith’s Report Denied
Trump’s co-defendants in the classified documents case went to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to try to block the release of Jack Smith’s report, presumably on Trump’s behalf, and they were shot down.
Appellees’ “Emergency Motion for Injunction with Relief Requested by January 10, 2025” is DENIED. To the extent that Appellant seeks relief from the district court’s January 7, 2025, order temporarily enjoining Appellant, Appellant may file a notice of appeal from that order.
Trump doesn’t want to be sentenced, and he also definitely does not want Jack Smith’s report released before he takes office.
It has become almost a tradition with Trump that he somehow finds his way into the presidency and then engages in non-stop losing.
The fact that one of “his” Supreme Court justices sealed his felon fate has to sting.
If you look around, Trump hasn’t been piling up wins since Election Day. His demand for Democrats to raise the debt ceiling as part of the government funding bill was rejected. Trump’s first attorney general nominee crashed and burned. The President-Elect’s idea to rename the Gulf of Mexico was laughed at, and now he has lost twice in two different courts on the same evening.
Throw in the fact that Republicans in Congress can’t agree on how to move forward with his agenda, and you have quite the string of defeats brewing before Donald Trump has taken office.
So much losing, and his presidency doesn’t start for another 11 days.

Not even sworn in and he's already our worst president ever (again).
When I watched this crazy-ass Felon at Biden's funeral today, I noticed he looked glum and a through most of the service, and Melania looked forlorn. What really got me was when attendees (all living former presidents) put their hands over their hearts as they spoke the Pledge of Allegiance, Trump had both hands at his side and looked forward glumly. He is definitely a few angry ants short of a picnic,
