Trump is Giving Undocumented People Free Healthcare While Denying it to Hardworking Americans

It appears that Trump is the person giving undocumented people free healthcare after a man harmed in an ICE raid was held in a hospital for 37 days under a fake name.

You can’t make this stuff up.

As with all news stories in the Age of Darkness, perhaps most generously described as anti-Enlightenment thought, this story is one of evil and stupidity and lies that jumped the shark to the point of becoming exactly what Republicans are falsely accusing Democrats.

As Republicans justify killing an estimated over 50,000 Americans every year by not extending the ACA tax subsidies with the unproven excuse that “illegals” are using it, Republicans are actually giving “illegals” free healthcare.

In an odd turn of events, it appears that Trump is the person giving undocumented people free healthcare after a man harmed in an ICE raid was held in a hospital for 37 days under a fake name.

The court has freed a man who was hospitalized with a 24 hour guard for 37 days after he was badly injured during an ICE arrest.

Until August 27th , Bayron Marin (petitioner) had had zero prior contact with ICE authorities. He was arrested at the Carson Car Wash in Carson, California by uniformed Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”) officers and unidentified plainclothes federal agents.

“During the arrest, Petitioner sustained severe leg injuries. He was handcuffed and transported by CBP to the emergency room at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Carson, California.”

They kept him at the hospital under a “blackout” procedure for patients in law-enforcement custody, and so he was registered under the pseudonym “Har Maine UNK Thirteen. Federal agents remained at Petitioner’s bedside during admission, transfer to non-public treatment areas, and throughout his stay, keeping him handcuffed to his hospital bed.”

They swear that between “two to four uniformed guards—either Spectrum employees or ICE agents—have been continuously stationed in Petitioner’s hospital room, monitoring him at all times, including while he sleeps, eats, uses the restroom, or receives medical care.”

ICE restricted his access to counsel, even though they have still failed to even claim that he is undocumented, let alone obtained a warrant.
