Trump DOJ Ignores Musk PAC's Election Fraud in Georgia

The Trump DOJ is ignoring actual election fraud of Elon Musk's super PAC, proving that their justifications for pushing the SAVE Act are a lie.

Under Trump, the Department of Justice’s actions when they found actual election fraud was the opposite of what one would expect from people who’ve been screaming about election fraud since Trump lost the 2020 election. They are ignoring it!

Members of the Georgia State Elections board voted last Wednesday to issue a formal letter of reprimand to Musk’s super PAC for violating state election law, specifically in this case sending out pre-filled absentee ballot applications in 2024.

This meeting was the result of an investigation launched in October of 2024 as a result of complaints from recipients of the partially pre-filled ballots.

So once again, every accusation is a confession. This is evidence that Elon Musk’s PAC was violating the law to help Trump win the 2024 election.

If a billionaire aligned with VP Harris or President Biden had sent out pre-filled absentee ballots to residents of Georgia, we would never hear the end of it. The media would be in histrionics. They would demand every Democrat comment on it.

But here, once again, Donald Trump’s side is caught violating the law to help him win an election and there isn’t much noise.

Elon Musk’s “America PAC” spent $250 million in 2024 trying to elect Donald Trump, including a $1 million daily voter sweepstakes that got the DOJ under President Biden to issue it a warning.

Like any effective mafia organization, the Trump administration has taken a lot of steps to insulate their best billionaire helper Musk from accountability, including labeling him a “special government employee” to avoid strict conflict of interest regulations, as well as allegations in 2025 and early 2026 that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), led by Elon Musk, has allowed his companies to evade regulatory oversight and avoid billions in liabilities.

Quid pro quo is often framed in relationship to the mafia as a protection racket scenario, where a party provides a service in exchange for illicit favors, government contracts, or freedom from harm.

Trump’s FBI recently raided Fulton County 2020 election ballots based on debunked claims of fraud. But when actual fraud is found, the Trump administration is silent because the fraud was in his favor.

Donald Trump’s DOJ ignoring Musk’s super PAC election fraud is the proof that every word he utters about election fraud is a lie and thus every justification Republicans make to push the SAVE Act is a lie.
