Democrats were denied entry into the Department of Education on Friday as Trump and Musk play into the hands of Democrats.

Democrats are using an interesting tactic to respond to the activities of Elon Musk and Donald Trump. Public protests are generating a lot of attention and getting people engaged, but House and Senate Democrats are going a step further.
They are attempting to enter the buildings where Musk’s team of illegal hackers are stealing your personal data.
Democrats went to the Department of Education on Friday, and when they tried to enter the building, they were denied access by security.
Watch the scene:
Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-FL) posted on X, “They’ve called armed federal officers to the scene. We aren’t dangerous. We are here to represent our people. To defend public education. This is an authoritarian regime. You cannot block members of Congress from entering the Department of Education.”
Rep. Frost was correct. Members of Congress have oversight authority over the Department of Education. When people think of congressional oversight, they think of hearings, but Congress also has the right to tour agencies and show up.
Trump and Musk might think that they are looking strong by not allowing members of Congress to enter government buildings. In reality, this is a massive strategic blunder that is only serving to help Democrats bring down both Musk and Trump.
There is currently a right-hand left-hand situation going on with Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Trump creates distractions, like announcing he will sign an executive order to protect plastic straws. Plastic straws aren’t banned, and this is a complete non-issue.
Trump is engaging in these sideshows to distract from what Elon Musk is doing.
The consensus has become that Musk isn’t going to shut off Social Security or Medicare funding because that would cause public outrage and call attention to his activities.
