I noticed this as well. Such a horrible role model and sexist for our children to see. His grandchildren must be complete a holes with that turd

They probably won't leave him alone with any of his Grandkids. I wouldn't.

Who is playing President behind the scenes? Trump is not in control!

He is endangering us ! His cabinet needs to stop trying to make this normal!

Removal is the answer !!

Stephen Miller would be my bet.

He seemed like he was having a tantrum and limped away. It looked like he was just patting the journalist as if to shoo her away. He feels threatened by the journalist’s questions. What a jerk and sick man. He is an absolute embarrassment to our whole country.

He also stepped on the mic like a little boy throwing a tantrum

I guess Ellison will have to buy NBC too.

It didn’t look to me as if he had trouble getting up, and it didn’t seem as if he were leaning on the journalist. But it looked to me as if he were patting her on the cheek paternalistically, as if to say, “they’re there, little girl… you’re completely wrong but we don’t expect much more from a little girl like you.”

That was his effort to regain the upper hand and to disempower her, neutering the point she was trying to make.

He does that dismissive, patronizing thing with women in journalism all the time. (Barf…)

It was definitely a dementia tantrum and he seems to be fighting a heart condition. I’m 84 and have to work hard to bring back leg strength and flexibility. I’m now back to being functionally in my 50’s after having to use a walker my 80th year.

He needs to be in a home. Make it look like the Oval Office in his room and you know the rest of the story.

I wish he had fallen on his ass as he tried to storm out, and had to be removed in a wheelchair.

Taken away on a gurney would have been better. One with the sheet pulled over his head.

My only problem with him is his breathing 😮‍💨……………..

TCinLA's avatar

That he continues to breathe is indeed a problem.

I too picked up on the dismissive ”darling” followed by his hand on her shoulder. I don’t know whether or not he was seeking to maintain his balance, but I do know from my own experience working that any touch from a coworker, and an interview situation is unwelcome, and in its own way dismissive. The wealth the entire interview I was literally waiting for spittle to fly from his mouth; his anger was palpable and barely contained. Even for a man who routinely treats his constituents as imbeciles this one too far.

What a jerk! Too bad he didn’t fall on his fat ass!

Better he fell on his fat head.

Seriously, other than their eternal quest for ratings for the advertising revenue, there is and has never been any point in having this lying sack of shit on any major news network. The clown should only ever be filmed lying to one of the faceless morons on Fox Noise; there has never been and never will be anything of the remotest value coming out of that cretin's weird round mouth.

If president donald trump can go on truth social and spend a lot of time criticizing men and women who have the guts and the backbone to criticize him or stand up to him he should be able to take criticism when it's thrown at him if he can't take criticism as good as he can dish it he does not need to be the president of the united states
