Total Cringe As Trump Humiliates Himself Trying To Smear Denmark
Donald Trump tried to smear Denmark while making the case for the U.S. to takeover Greenland, but it only resulted in embarrassment for Trump.
Many Americans look at Donald Trump’s presidency and think to themselves this is so humiliating. Not for Trump, who seems incapable of shame or embarrassment, but the vast majority of citizens who don’t feel that this president and his behavior represent them in any way.
If the president is part of the image put forth by a nation, Donald Trump is making the United States look inept in front of the entire world.

Trump’s obsession with Greenland, which dates back to his first administration, is an endless source of global ridicule and embarrassment for the United States.
The president’s campaign to force Denmark to give the United States Greenland looks a lot like his effort to get Machado to give him her Nobel Peace Prize. Just as with the Peace Prize, the people in charge tell Trump that he can’t have it, but the president continues to engage in a bizarre rich boy tantrum as if he believes that if he pouts long enough, Denmark will give in.
While speaking to reporters at the White House, Trump was asked about using military force to take Greenland, and he said:
You’re telling me that that’s what I’m gonna, I, you don’t know what I’m gonna do. Your network doesn’t know either.
…
Well, I wouldn’t be telling you what I’m willing to do. Certainly, I’m not gonna give up options, but it’s very important, Greenland’s very important for the national security, including that of Denmark. And the problem is, it’s not a thing that Denmark can do about it if Russia or China wants to occupy Greenland, but there’s everything we can do.
You found that out last week with Venezuela. There’s everything we can do about. Things such as that not gonna happen.
