There have been 71 felony indictments of U.S. presidents. So, maybe it’s not that unprecedented, right? Except they have all been against one president, Donald J. Trump. 0 for everyone else, 71 for Trump.

Trump is currently charged with 37 counts of mishandling classified documents and 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, although the criminal justice system is hardly done with him yet as he faces possible indictments in Georgia for election interference and in DC over inciting January 6th. Trump is a busy alleged criminal.
