The Republican Run Federal Government Is Collapsing
Republicans in the House, Senate, and the White House has failed so much in so many different ways that they are causing the federal government that they are leading to collapse.
Trump promised a new golden age when he started his second administration, but what has unfolded is a combination of chaos, dysfunction, and instability. The dysfunction of Trump teamed up with the dysfunction of House Republicans, who are also fighting with Senate Republicans, to create a government that is in shambles and on the verge of collapse.

For example, this week, Senate Republicans passed a budget resolution, which is the first step toward a reconciliation bill, which they want to use to fund ICE and border patrol.
Why do they need to use a reconciliation bill to fund ICE and border patrol, because they refused to make deal with Democrats to reform Trump’s mass deportation operation, and so now they are trying to do it all on their own.
The Department of Homeland Security is warning that by May, which begins in about a week, they will be out of money to pay employees, which will result in the return of long security lines at the nation’s airports just in time for summer travel, even though Americans increasingly can’t afford to travel or take a vacation.
You might be thinking to yourself, " This should be easy. They are all Republicans. They will agree on a bill to get this done.” If that is what you are thinking, let me introduce you to the Trump/Johnson/Thune three-ring circus of Republican dysfunction.
