Something has changed in the United States over the past three weeks. The Trump regime has entered into a full-blown state of collapse.

Even though tens of millions of Americans have been protesting this administration almost since the day this president returned to office, the media and the Republican Party continually pushed the narrative that Trump had a mandate and the things that he was doing were popular.

This storyline continued for months, even as the American people were protesting Trump and Elon Musk’s DOGE cuts daily. Trump’s poll numbers started to slide into negative territory three weeks after taking office. The warning signs were everywhere.

Trump accelerated his problems by ignoring the desire of the American people for the administration to focus on prices and inflation.

Instead, Trump sent ICE and the troops into American cities to fight a crime wave that was imaginary, and the majority of Americans didn’t buy it, while he abused his power to seek revenge against people whom he classified as political enemies.

The latest example of this is the Department of Defense investigation into Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) for what they called misconduct, because Kelly took part in a video urging the troops to follow the law and not obey illegal orders.

Trump has suffered defeat on the Epstein files. He has former supporters like Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene break with him and abruptly retire. Trump’s party got slaughtered in the 2025 election, and the exclamation point was a judge dismissing the cases against James Comey and Letitia James because Trump illegally replaced the US Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia.

Trump wanted to be a dictator. Instead, his presidency and regime are collapsing.
