The Real Reflecting Pool Vandal Is Sitting In The Oval Office
Donald Trump claimed that multiple people have vandalized the Reflecting Pool when the real vandal is the president who didn't listen to science and warning about the damage he was doing.
One of the common characteristics of Donald Trump’s two administrations is that the man doesn’t listen. A president who has never actually built much of anything, but considers himself a builder, also considers himself a dealmaker who continually makes bad deals, and thinks that he is a great president, although his approval ratings are the worst of all time, constantly thinks that he knows best.
Trump hired one of his supporters and gave him $14 million in taxpayer money for the reflecting pool project and didn’t listen to scientists or experts on how the project had to be done.

The result is a pool that is now full of green algae, and Trump is claiming “vandals” are to blame.

The United States Park Police have arrested multiple individuals for vandalizing our Nations magnificent Reflecting Pool. Who would do such a thing? These are very serious crimes having to do with the destruction of National Monuments. Years in jail! Work will begin immediately on its repair.
One of those arrested was a three-time Olympic cyclist who touched a piece of the peeling paint. He won’t be facing years in jail because what he is accused of doing is a misdemeanor, but it is much easier for the octogenarian president to blame roving gangs of vandals armed with algae than to admit who is really to blame.
