The Dean Phillips announcement that he is challenging President Biden in New Hampshire makes zero sense to campaign people because Phillips can’t win.
The big reason why Phillips can’t win is because New Hampshire is holding an illegitimate primary with no delegates. New Hampshire is required by state law to hold the first in the nation primary, but Democrats changed their primary calendar to make South Carolina first.
New Hampshire responded by saying that they are going to hold their primary anyway. The DNC replied that the New Hampshire primary would be unofficial with no delegates awarded.
