Trump Will Get Zero Jail Time
So much was promised by lawyers and talking heads when Trump was investigated both locally and federally. The endless stream of lawyers and legal experts who filled up podcasts and cable news told the American people that justice would be done and that Trump would be held accountable.
We could believe in Merrick Garland, Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, and Fani Willis to bring justice in the name of the American people.
Lawyers spoke of the rule of the law with the same reverence that a toddler speaks of Santa. Of the two, Santa turned out to be more real.
