Judge Lewis J. Liman rejected Lively’s sexual harassment and defamation claims due to insufficient evidence and jurisdictional issues.
While initial claims about on-set behavior were dropped, claims regarding retaliation, breach of contract, and aiding/abetting against other parties will proceed to trial.
