Elon Musk’s leadership of Tesla is incredibly damaging, but also the only reason why the stock is purportedly still vastly over-valued. Tesla is so associated with Musk’s far-right politics that the company is facing backlash around the globe, including people setting Teslas on fire and shooting at them. Meanwhile, Tesla stock continues to crater.
Tesla Cars Being Burned
Multiple cars were set on fire at a Tesla Collision Center in Las Vegas, in which five Teslas were damaged. NBC reported later, “Teslas set on fire with Molotov cocktails and shot with gun in Las Vegas attack”.
