RFK should be impeached and removed asap. He is grossly unqualified, occasionally delusional and very dangerous in his position. He has trump by the balls so the public is in considerable jeopardy.

I'm a retired emergency physician. I'm also 70 y.o. So, I won't have much problem getting the new COVID vaccine,

But my husband is 63 y.o. and he may have some trouble getting his COVID vaccine.

I truly cannot believe the USA has lost its collective mind!

Trump and RFK, Jr. are just 2 examples of renegade politicians without working brains!

Neither one has a clue about medicine, but they are making decisions for 327 Million Americans.

Stupid....

As a person with compromised lung function, I am happy to see Democratic governors and AGs fight back against this administration's ignorance of medicine and science.

During my 40 years in the nursing profession I worked as an Infection Control and Prevention Specialist, among other roles. My state’s Department of Public Health was an invaluable resource when we had to roll out large-scale mass immunization programs in response to the newly-emerging H1N1 outbreak in 2009-2010, immunizing thousands of employees and residents of facilities across the state as soon as the vaccine became available. DPH provided trainings to healthcare providers across the state with detailed guidance in conducting these large-scale immunization programs.

Ten years later, the same model was adopted to quickly implement immunization programs for COVID 19 as soon as the vaccine was available. While hundreds of thousands of people were dying from COVID, the rapid implementation of the immunization programs saved millions of lives. Due to the continuous mutations of this virus, the vaccine has necessarily been updated multiple times, very much like the compilation of the seasonal influenza vaccine is modified yearly in order to protect from the most widely-circulating flu strains in any given year.

The notion that RFK Jr, who lacks any educational background in medicine or healthcare, can make medical decisions which rightfully belong to physicians, nurses and patients is absurd. He is recklessly jeopardizing the health and lives of the people who reside in or who visit our country. Fortunately, he cannot remove the expertise among healthcare professionals at the state and local level and it is refreshing to see these governors be proactive in protecting the health of the people within their communities.

What a great idea for the blue states to buy the vaccines and distribute themselves. It sounds like a logical thing to do.

Good on our Dem governors! As for me, I am happy to be over 65 and not left out of being able to get a COVID shot in my deep Red state, Georgia. No way will the GA governor do the right thing. He is too busy plotting to defeat our progressive senator, Jon Ossoff, by running a popular former football coach, with no relevant experience, against him.

Indeed they are fighting back. They are adjusting to the nonsense DJT throws. Personally I wish they would organize together, and provide a pipeline for whatever is blocked federally.

I feel very lucky to live in Democratic State, and to have Gavin Newson as my governor. Republicans are playing with fire, thousands will die because of them. But the Blue states are standing up to Trump and his administrations odious policies, and for that I am thankful. As for Gavin Newson, thank god he is willing to troll Trump and give Democrats to vote for. His polling numbers are now up to 25%, which must give Trump something to think about. Republicans hate him, but is doing nothing that Trump didn't already do!

I think it is great that Democratic governors are fighting back.. My greatest frustration has been that all the protests I have attended have had little or no impact on Trump's presidency.

They need to get the insurance companies on board too. From a cost/benefit standpoint, a$200 shot vs a $10k+ hospital stay is a no brainer.
