As Republicans whip the vote to give ICE unfettered funds to violate American freedoms, a heartbreaking recording was shared by a legal network working to help protect Mexican Americans and Latinos in California.

The video shows ICE grabbing a man who was in front of the federal immigration building at Federal Plaza 26.
