Between Trump having incompetent people advising him, after he created the mess but pulling out of the monitoring agreement, his constant lying, his narcissistic behavior which causes him to make decisions without good advice, and his elimination of departments and staff who were monitoring world issues, we are in a mess. When Americans are killed because of his recklessness, we will know who to blame.

He justified it, or attempted to, by parrotting right wing babble tha t we gave them 10 billion dollars. It was their money, in frozen accounts, due to be unfrozen soon. The ceasefire isn't real. Trump is telling lies to play to a domestic audience so that when Iran "breaks" the non existent ceasefire they will be painted as villains.
Iran have stated (and it is published in a number of places) that they have not agreed to any ceasefire. And this makes sense. This year on several occasions we have seem both israel and the US break agreements they have reached with Hamas. We have seen the US apparently engaged in negotiations, and israel attack Iran before those negotiations were set to be concluded. We have seen Trump talk about a two week time frame,and then attack within days. Why on earth would Iran agree to a ceasefire involving either of them?

Many bombs were dropped in Vietnam, lraq, Afganistan. As a result we lost over 100,000 lives. I still see broken limbs, toxin exposure injuries at the Veterans hospital. You can’t win on foreign soil unless you occupy and that can bring more losses.
