Smith, by all accounts, did an admirable job with the cases, and it was not his fault that Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland dragged his feet and delayed appointing Smith and opening the investigations.
Garland’s one decision changed history and set the nation on course for a second Trump term.
House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH) wants Smith to testify behind closed doors about his investigations into Trump.
The problem is that Smith wants to testify publicly.
It turns out that Smith wants to do more than testify publicly before Congress.
Jack Smith wants to present his evidence against Donald Trump publicly.
