House Republicans held a series of press conferences on Thursday and gave the American people a dose of what they are in for over the next two years.

Incoming Oversight Committee Chair James Comer announced that he had evidence that President Biden was involved in human smuggling. He boldly admitted that the Oversight Committee is going to be dedicated to investigating President Biden for the next two years, which is not the job of the powerful committee. Oversight is not supposed to perform actual oversight of federal government agencies. The committee is not supposed to be only investigating the President.
