Rep. Scott Perry tried to get Jeffrey Clark appointed acting Attorney General so that the Department of Justice could overturn the 2020 election for Trump. He was stopped by the threat of mass resignations at the DOJ.

Perry had his phone seized by the FBI and is under criminal investigation.

None of this has stopped Perry from getting a seat on the House Homeland Security Committee and attacking President Biden on the classified documents story.
