Petty House Republicans Evict Nancy Pelosi From Her Office After McCarthy Ouster
House Republicans responded to the humiliated of Kevin McCarthy being removed as speaker by evicting former Speaker Pelosi from her office.

House Republicans Hit A New Low
Kevin McCarthy’s allies responded to him being removed as speaker, not with reflection on what they may have done wrong and how they got to the point of such historic failure.
There was none of that.
Acting speaker Rep. Patrick McHenry responded by evicting Nancy Pelosi from her office while she is in San Francisco for Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s funeral.
Politico reported that a top McHenry aide emailed Pelosi, “Please vacate the space tomorrow, the room will be re-keyed.”
The room will be for the Speaker’s use only according to McHenry.
Pelosi’s belongings were moved out of the office by her staff and the staff of Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries.
As own Sarah Jones put it, “Apparently it wasn’t enough that their party leader’s lies got Pelosi’s husband’s head bashed in.”
