Fox News Is Still Facing An Even Bigger Lawsuit Over Election Lies

Smartmatic is suing Fox News, Lou Dobbs, Jeanine Pirro, Maria Bartiromo, Rudy Giuliani, and Sidney Powell for $2.7 billion in damages over claims that Fox and its hosts made that Smartmatic helped Biden steal the 2020 election.

After Dominion settled with Fox News for $787 million, a spokesman for Smartmatic responded, “Dominion’s litigation exposed some of the misconduct and damage caused by Fox’s disinformation campaign. Smartmatic will expose the rest.”

Legal experts are debating whether or not Fox News learned its lesson, but it is clear that Fox has not, because none of the hosts who spread misinformation in 2020 have been fired, except for Lou Dobbs. Fox News is also still spreading disinformation.
