Dems are yelling for the Republican chair to close the vote after time expired on the Venezuela war powers vote. Chants of “regular order” and “close the vote” from Dems on the floor. “This is serious shit!” Pat Ryan tells from the floor. “Close the vote!”

The war power vote on Venezuela is 215-214. Clock has hit zero. But Wesley Hunt is still missing. They will probably hold the vote open until he arrives. A tie means the motion is defeated.

…

As the House waits on Wesley Hunt, Rep. Pat Ryan is on the floor screaming at Republicans to close the vote. "Pathetic, you know better," he said.

Hunt eventually made it to the floor, according to Sherman:

WESLEY HUNT has just entered the chamber. He voted no. The war power resolution is going to be defeated.
