Melania Trump May Have Committed Tax Fraud

It takes a person of a certain kind of character to knowingly marry Donald Trump. As First Lady Melania Trump reportedly said that she knew what she married. If that is the case, it makes her decision to file joint tax returns with a man who has spent decades bragging about cheating the tax system an intentional act.

One of the many things that Trump was likely hiding from the public by refusing to disclose his tax returns was that he wasn’t paying, or paying very little in federal taxes. Trump called this behavior smart, but experts call it tax fraud.

Donald Trump was raised by a fraudster, so he knows the fraud game very well, which is why his tax returns don’t contain line items like a gift from Putin or a business venture with MBS.

His scheme appears to have been much more basic. Overvalue assets to get loans, and undervalue them to avoid paying taxes.

The problem for Melania Trump is that she signed the tax returns too.
