Entitlement Doesn’t Begin To Describe What Trump Tried To Do

As has been documented, things are not going well on the legal front for Donald Trump. E. Jean Carroll’s lawsuit against the former president after he defamed her is a notch below the media attention that Trump’s numerous criminal legal investigations are getting, but that doesn’t mean that Trump isn’t trying to pull the same old stunts.

Trump filed a motion to get the court to use a juror questionnaire that would have turned over personal information about the jurors to Trump and his lawyers.

The former president wanted to know the names of the jurors, where they worked, their addresses, and where their families worked.

Judge Kaplan was not amused:

Trump is so entitled that he thought a judge would allow him to collect the personal information of members of the jury and their families.

There are probably lots of MAGA judges who would have played along, but that is not what happened in New York.
