The Whistleblowers Aren’t Whistleblowers

House Republicans promised a massive investigation into the ‘deep state.’ Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) claimed to have dozens of whistleblowers lined up to testify. However, once the House Judiciary Committee began interviewing these whistleblowers, there was a problem.

The whistleblowers weren’t whistleblowers.

House Judiciary Democrats released a special report after Republicans on the committee were leaking to the press.

The Democrats concluded, “The three individuals we have met are not, in fact, ‘whistleblowers.’ These individuals, who put forward a wide range of conspiracy theories, did not present actual evidence of any wrongdoing at the Department of Justice or the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).”
