As Donald Trump tries desperately to distract from his Epstein Files cover-up, his Vice President was booed by protesters in Nantucket, shouting “F*ck you!” as they displayed a large photo of Vance with a bald head.
JD Vance’s very, very, long (and wasteful? — better call DOGE!) motorcade was met with raucous disapproval on Tuesday as he arrived on Nantucket for a Republican National Committee fundraiser.
Protesters, some of whom were dressed as cats as a dig on the Trump administration’s “They’re eating the cats” nonsense, gathered on Cliff Road, according to the Nantucket Current, “the street leading toward the GOP fundraiser that Vice President JD Vance will attend tonight.”

Video is from the Nantucket Current X account here. They also shared additional video of protesters from which we took the following screen grabs:

The Cape Cod Times spoke to one protester, retired US Army Sgt. Bryan Winter, an Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran and MASS 50501 ambassador who was sporting “a combat veteran hat and a MASS 50501 t-shirt,” and called himself “‘a right of center individual.” He “decried what he called the Trump administration’s authoritarian policies, including overreach of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, his attempt to overturn birthright citizenship and his mistreatment of people in the detention camps being built. “
“We are here for our neighbors disappearing in unmarked vans,” he said. “We are here for detention centers being constructed in your names.”
Everywhere they go, there you are, America.
… Dissenting peacefully and vigorously, like patriots.
For everyone asking America if we are okay, no we are not. But we are out in these streets with full hearts protesting for our humanity, our neighbors, and our democracy.

I am overwhelmed with pride andn gratitude. Yes, we are everywhere, protesting loudly and boldly, peacefully, and. . .effectively. We ARE the people.
He's simply not qualified to be VP.. Give him hell! Get him out!
