Jamie Raskin Unveils Plan To Kill Todd Blanche's Super Pardon For Trump And His Family
House Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) has revealed a package of legislation that would kill Todd Blanche's super pardon for Trump, his family, and his businesses.
Trump finally found a potential attorney general who will do all of his bidding, turn the DOJ into a total political operation, and never tell him no. The person whom the president just nominated to be the permanent attorney general is the same man who used to be Trump’s private lawyer.
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche has been openly campaigning to keep the job, and part of his campaign was the DOJ settlement of a bogus Trump lawsuit that created the “weaponization fund,” and also gave Trump, his family, and his business permanent immunity from any future DOJ/IRS action against them.

While the Senate fights among itself over the weaponization fund, House Democrats have come up with their own idea to get rid of Trump’s immunity.
According to House Judiciary Democrats, Ranking Member Raskin has come up with a solution: “Ranking Member Raskin’s legislative package provides a comprehensive fix. It would block the misuse of federal settlement funds, prevent collusive settlements between the President and the United States government, and ensure that claims against the federal government are resolved through legitimate judicial proceedings available to all Americans for all violations of constitutional rights by government agents.”
