It's All Falling Apart As Violent Insurrectionists Told Trump Won't Pardon Them
The violent 1/6 insurrectionists are not taking the news well that Trump will not pardon them.

Trump has spent years publicly promising that he would pardon all of the insurrectionists who attacked the Capitol for him on 1/6. Trump has gone as far as to promise day-one pardons and even to pardon the insurrectionists during the first hour of his administration.
Trump sent JD Vance out to Fox News Sunday to explain that not everyone is going to get a pardon.
If you protested peacefully on January 6th, and you've had Merrick Garland's Department of Justice treat you like a gang member, you should be pardoned.
If you committed violence on that day, obviously you shouldn't be pardoned, and there's a little bit of a gray area there, but we're very much committed to seeing the equal administration of law. And there are a lot of people, we think, in the wake of January the 6th who were prosecuted unfairly. We need to rectify that.
The problem is that all of the people who got long prison sentences committed acts of violence.
The people who broke into the Capitol but didn’t engage in violence got much lighter sentences if they served any jail time at all.
This is not what Trump promised on the campaign trail. Although, it is very on-brand for Trump to send JD Vance to announce that he will be breaking another campaign promise before he takes office.
Who knows who got in Trump’s ear, but at least one alleged insurrectionist was not happy as he posted a video on X demanding that Trump pardon him so that he can have his life back:
