Public colleges in Illinois will now provide contraception and medication abortion, thanks to Gov. J.B. Pritzker's ongoing fight to protect women's rights.

Governor Pritzker continues to demonstrate exactly how a good leader works for the good of not only his constituents but the entire country. He certainly isn’t afraid of Trump, won’t be bullied into compliance, and is a force to be reckoned with. He is one of several Democrats whom I would support for presidency in 2028!
Thank goodness Democratic governors, and states' AGs, are coordinating actions to stop or lessen the federal regime's attacks on our safety, our healthcare, and our civil rights. Blue states have control of the US economy in terms of taxation. Most red states depend upon blue states to keep funding any federal government programs. Including the military. Blue states can afford to resist this regime's hostile takeover of our nation, our states, and our cities. By lawsuits, by non-compliance with illegal actions by the regime, and ignoring unconstitutional SC judgements - which is what Republicans, including the felonpotus, are doing to judge's rulings they don't like - and by making states the only entities able to protect our freedoms now through enacting laws for the people. We are a nation within a nation. I hope it's enough to turn our country back to constitutional order.
