There Is No Probation For A RICO Conviction In Georgia
There is a lot to discuss concerning the sprawling indictment of Donald Trump and 18 of his co-conspirators in Georgia, but the one point that explains why Trump is so scared occurred at District Attorney Fani Willis’s press conference after the indictment was unsealed.
Willis was asked to clarify what the sentence is for a RICO charge.
The District Attorney answered, “The RICO charge has time that you have to serve, so it’s not a probated sentence.”

Now, we can all understand why Trump is so freaked out about the Georgia case. The case in Georgia is the only one where Donald Trump has no chance at probation. If he gets convicted, he’s gone up the river.
