House Republicans Propose Slashing Opioid Epidemic Funding

House Republicans have spent years yelling about the opioid epidemic and how it is a crisis in our communities, while they blame President Biden. A House majority that cares so much about this problem would definitely put their money where their mouths have been when it comes time to unveil their budget, right?

Not so much.

In fact, not at all.

The White House released a fact sheet that called out House Republicans for proposing funding cuts toward programs to fight the epidemic that they have blaming Biden for:
