First Lady Melania Trump threatened to sue Hunter Biden, the much-maligned son of former President Joe Biden, unless he retracted a comment about her alleged relationship with international sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Instead, he dared her to sit for a deposition.
“If they want to sit down for a deposition and clarify the nature of the relationship between Jeffrey Epstein and the president of the First Lady. Want to do that and all of the known associates around them at the time of whatever time that they met, I'm more than happy to provide them the platform,” Hunter Biden said of Melania Trump’s threat.
Watch here:
Hunter Biden used Melania Trump’s defamation lawsuit threat to point out that this is about the rape of children. He then dared her to sit for a deposition if she sues him.
“I don't know how that's in any way rises to the level of defamation to begin with, but the fact of the matter is, is that this is about hundreds, if not over 1000 of minors, children who were raped by Jeffrey Epstein,” Hunter Biden said on Chanel 5.
The son of the former President said he thinks the Trumps et al are using other things to distract from their alleged associations with Jeffrey Epstein.
“And I don't believe in guilt by association alone, but the connections have become they're so glaringly obvious that I think they're trying to use other things to distract.”
The allegations about Melania Trump center on how she met Donald Trump:
1. Introduction claim: Hunter Biden repeated claims from journalist Michael Wolff that Jeffrey Epstein introduced Melania Trump to Donald Trump, or that Epstein was present at the party where they met.
2. Modeling connections: The discussion suggests Melania came to the US as a model and was part of a social circle that included Trump, Epstein, and various modeling agencies. Wolff describes this as a "circle of people who knew each other" in the modeling world of the 1980s and 1990s.
3. Source of claims: These allegations come from Michael Wolff's interviews with Jeffrey Epstein, a 2019 New York Times article by Annie Carney and Maggie Haberman and reports that Epstein himself claimed to have made the introduction.
Hunter Biden emphasized he has "no personal knowledge" of these connections and is only repeating what has been reported by other journalists.
Michael Wolff has clarified that while Epstein knew Melania Trump and was part of the same social circle, he doesn't know if Epstein made the "direct introduction,” but they all moved in the same “modeling industry” circles. Some “modeling” circles have been implicated in child rape and or sex trafficking schemes.
Epstein’s address books had Trump’s phone number as well as Melania’s, and Donald Trump’s name appeared seven times in the passenger logs of Epstein’s planes, along with other powerful people like Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, and Tony Blair.
Ultimately, if the Trumps want to proceed with a lawsuit against Hunter Biden, he says he is game even though it will cost him a lot of money, because he wants the First Lady’s deposition.
“And I also think they're bullies, and they think that a billion dollars is going to scare me, which is the fact of the matter is, is that if they'd like to go, I have to this to say to them: ‘If they want to sit down for a deposition and clarify the nature of the relationship between Jeffrey Epstein and the president of the First Lady. Want to do that and all of the known associates around them at the time of whatever time that they met, I'm more than happy to provide them the platform.’”
Melania Trump’s Demands
Biden is reacting to the fact that the First Lady sent a legal demand letter seeking $1 billion in damages and demanding:
1. Removal of the "Hunter Biden Returns" video
2. A formal apology from Hunter Biden for his statements about Jeffrey Epstein's alleged role in introducing Melania Trump to Donald Trump
However, Hunter Biden is refusing to apologize or retract his statements. Instead, Biden is challenging the President and the First Lady to proceed, because a lawsuit could potentially lead to depositions of the President and First Lady.
Biden referenced that The Daily Beast reportedly took down an article about Michael Wolff's podcast (which was Hunter's source), but the podcast itself remains available.
Would Donald and or Melania Trump Actually Have to Sit for a Depo?
In a case of deep irony, Hunter Biden referenced the Supreme Court case Clinton v. Jones, saying that based on that precedent, even a sitting President would not be exempt from having to sit for a deposition in this type of case.
Hunter said this precedent would allow him to question both the President and First Lady under oath about "the nature of the relationship between Jeffrey Epstein and the president and the First Lady" and "all of the known associates around them at the time."
However, this would only happen if they actually file a lawsuit. So far, they've only sent a demand letter. Donald Trump is well known for abusing the legal system to beat others into submission through threats and massively expensive litigation.
No actual legal proceedings have been initiated yet.
Hunter Biden has been stalked and abused by the Republican Party for years. He’s been used as a punching bag to get to his father, former President Joe Biden, because the Republican Party couldn’t find any dirt on Joe Biden and their attempts to get Ukraine to manufacture dirt on Biden failed.
Republicans have claimed they were going after corruption, but this president’s family has reportedly made $3.4 billion dollars while in the White House this term, which is not even a year old, and Republicans have launched zero investigations into that how he has managed that.
Republicans radicalized Hunter Biden to the point that he has no f*cks left to give. So now, he’s turning the tables on them. If they want to sue him, he looks forward to a deposition about the nature of their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
While DC media scolds look down their noses at radicalized Democrats, the years of abuse have fundamentally changed the base and the victims of Republican witch hunts. This is the beginning of a new age, and if anyone has a problem with it, they should ask themselves why they didn’t defend Hunter Biden more vigorously when he was being attacked by the U.S Congress while in recovery. Or ask themselves why they never seem to care about the impact of the elite policies they defend.
Hunter Biden would like to take Melania and Donald Trump’s deposition about their alleged relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. He actually cares about the children who were violently abused and raped.
Please proceed, Mr. Biden.

Good for Hunter! Looks like the Trumps can dish out garbage about anybody and everybody with great glee, but can’t stand it when they are on the receiving end of anything they don’t like.
Melania’s glacial faux outrage won’t work this time, as Hunter Biden is all out of fcks to give. Whether Melania met Trump via Epstein—or at the KitKat Club with Paolo Zampolli and Epstein present—doesn’t matter. She knew those men through her involvement in a European modeling/trafficking ring in the ‘90s, a time when Epstein and his friends were steady consumers of underage girls.
