Harry and Meghan’s very successful visits uplifting important charities will blanket columns and the front pages tomorrow, because they have IT. And that’s always been the problem.
Why? Because Harry and Meghan care. They take time to listen to people. They connect. They have charisma. It’s not a performance and it can’t be manufactured.

Prince Harry and Meghan Sussex
Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, received a very warm welcome while visiting three charities in Nottingham during their first joint public appearance in Britain since returning to the UK.
The enthusiasm and joy on the faces of those they visited were undeniable, and stands in stark contrast with the unrelenting criticism spoon-fed to the British public by the tabloids, which seem to serve the function of a Bread and Circuses to protect the elites.
Today’s imagery mirrored their initial 2017 charm offensive, which many royal reporters famously praised, before Harry and Meghan were, as Prince Harry put it in their 2022 Netflix documentary, “fed to the wolves” to protect his brother, Prince William.

“The barriers straining with the enthusiasm, the energy, they are well beyond 90 degrees as people push against those green barricades, keen to get their moment with the royals,” a commentator said on Sky News.
The enthusiasm was so high that security repeatedly had to ask the young people to put a little less pressure on the barriers as they strained forward in anticipation of meeting the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, the commentator added.
Comments about barriers start around 22:00:
Their first stop was Community Recording Studio (CRS), which is a youth and community organization in St Ann’s, Nottingham, that supports young people through music, mentoring, creative arts, and confidence-building workshops. Prince Harry has a long-standing relationship with the studio dating back to 2013.
