Under present circumstances I wouldn't indict either. The government attorneys are not to be trusted, nor are ICE agents.

Protesting is a First Amendment right. As long as it is peaceful by local laws, donnydolt and his minions must accept it.

“The Trump regime calls everyone violent…”, except for the terrorist on J6 who beat the shit out of CPO, killing 5, destroying the Capitol, defecating in the halls and smearing it on the walls-disgusting vile cretins.

I applaud the folks on Grand Juries for seeing through this crap. The people aren’t stupid, regardless of what Trump and Bondi believe. They have eyes and ears. Thank you for doing the right thing.

Trump, Bondi, Noem, ICE, DeSantis, lawyers for the pathetic administration, GOP, and anyone else who’s bought and paid for, I’m going to get such a friggin’ kick out of watching you, each of you, go down, pay for what you’re doing to people. And personally, the sooner the better. But if I’m honest with myself, watching each of you writhe in your own betrayal, slowly, would truly be much more satisfying. One can only hope…pray!!

"The struggles to obtain indictments can be read as “a strong indication that the priorities of the prosecutor’s office are out of sync with the priorities of the general community,” Carley Palmer, a former federal prosecutor in L.A., told The Times."

Ya think?

The current authorities have deleted the words "civil" and "liberties" from the language of that mass of geography just North of the Gulf of America.

Once Again, I am proud and inspired. We The People are everywhere, and doing whatever their circumstances permit them to do to support justice and democracy. Here, they had a terrific opportunity, and they ran with it. We are smiling.

Not surprised. This régime's prosecutors seem to only be asking grand juries to indict ham sandwiches with brown bread.

ICE vest and jackets are available on the internet. Masked thugs without uniforms, badges or identification should not be permitted to assault and kidnap people without a fight. Protesters and communities need to defend themselves against these thugs. Block them with our largest vehicle: construction and farm equipment, tractor trailers, delivery trucks buses and cars. Run them over when necessary,as it has been deemed OK to run over protesters.

As the list grows of t***p and his administration sycophants make claims of “facts” about people and institutions they want to screw with and nobody challenges them to provide verifiable evidence, they won’t stop being loudmouthed schoolyard bullies. T***p has been doing this sort of threatening and never backing down in a fight to great effect his entire life. I am so happy that it seems that the worm has finally turned.

I hope that there are videos supporting the protesters who were doing as allowed by the constitution (although this administration isn’t concerned about such things as the law) and that these lawsuits are thrown out of court. We need to push back on all fronts against these bogus charges!

Any agents found to have lied should be prosecuted for perjury and barred from federal law enforcement positions permanently.

Ice is illegally kidnapping people. You have the right to attack back. And voila as you can see no jury will prosecute you from defending yourself from being kidnapped. Fight! Like a pack of wolves

You can’t trust the regime. Why be complicit in ruining people’s lives. For that matter, when Trump pardoned the violent rioters of J6, what leg does he have to stand on arresting protestors?

Everything in the Trump regime is a lie. ICE is no different.

Are infactual sworn affidavits a legal testimony.

Does this constitute perjury or another crime?

Yes, making untrue statements in a sworn affidavit might very well be perjury.
